cpu/sensor??
i feel like a moron for posting this but can anyone tell me what this connects to? 95 2.3 quad 4 5 speed

I know in the 03 the cpu is located there but in mine its in the fender. Is there another one thats supposed to go there or something?

follow it, see where it leads to, maybe take a picture of that....

it goes into the firewall on the drivers side. not sure yet were it goes after that, looks like im gonna have to untape a bunch of wires and take em outta the looms

It appears that the wire colors are:
BLK/WHT TAN GRY DK BLU WHT RED YEL GRN If those are incorrect, or if there are more wires than the photo reveals, please post the corrections. There should be no need to disassemble the harness. The connector should be able to be matched (by wire colors) to the schematics.

lol thanks for makin me feel stupid didnt even think of that. does anyone know if something usually goes in that area on the firewall?

yellow black/white green green/white green/black brown/white gray gray/black blueish aqua dont really see where it goes after its in the firewall gonna have to take some stuff off to find out for sure eww lookin at these pics my engine bay is a mess |

idk can someone take a pic of thier engine and post it here i only have an 03 to compare it to an theyre different,
tryed doin searches and can only find pics of modded engine bays and 2.2s, if any one can help me out a little it would be greatly apreciated 95 2.3 manual |

cruise control. did you but the car with that strut bar on it? Looks like someone may have removed the cruise to make it fit. do you have a cruise stalk inside that doesn't seem to do anything?

I didnt put it on, bought the car for $700. Its not running hoping maybe that was the culprit and it would be an easy fix. I think its a bad ground somewhere, so it shouldnt be too bad

i think i missed something i was just answering as to what that connector connects, do you have another issue with the car?

i was hoping that that connecter was why it wasnt starting. yea i have a bunch of problems with it but i wont go into those yet till i do the obvious tests (fuel pump, spark,etc..)

oo I know something maybe you might know when I turn the key to on it sounds like static like from a radio inside where the plugs are then it was making like high pitched sounds

I think it may be a fuel problem sprayed some starting fluid in and it ALMOST cranked over it so wanted to ill keep yall posted

when i first got the car there was nothing I wired a push start button and see above, keep everyone posted
