1995 Dakota Radiator Fan

I just bought this vehicle and was wondering is it normal that the radiator fan turns on and off every 10 seconds while running the A/C. Runs normal without A/C.

Usually the fan stays on at all times when the A/C is on, but I guess thats the way yours is suppose to be then.
