One day late last fall I noticed a clicking coming from the dash ... the only way to stop it was to set the temp guage in the middle, not to mention I needed heat so the middle wasn't where I needed it to be. I took it to my mechanic and he told me it was the blend air door actuator and crawled under the dash on the passenger side and pulled it out ... it took all of about 30 seconds ....
Fast forward to now .... the summer is coming ... my mechanic is gone
and I need to replce this beast ... I now need A/C. I have ordered it through my local Ford dealership ($99!) and I now need to know if it is something I can do on my own (I am pretty good at working on my car). Any advice is much appreciated!!
