timing problem

hi i have a mk 4 fiesta 1.4 zetec i no about tdc with the crank pully and timing pin but the car didnt have a timing belt on it when i got it off my mate but the engine is fine. the bit what im stuck on is resetting the camshafts with the setting bar what posistion do they need 2 be in it would be easy if someone could contact me on my email address website [email protected] this woud be a big help thx.

I don't have any manuals for that motor. Look in your manual under rebuilding the motor and see if there is a section on how to line everything up after rebuilding the motor.
