Question 98 cutlass won't start?

Drove my car home and parked it (no problems), then I jumped in the next morning, turned the key and it just clicked, assumed a dead battery, but that wasn't the case. I also changed the starter...again didn't help. The starter clicks but motor doesn't turn. Any opinions?!

Welcome to AF. Try cleaning and checking the grounds and cable connections. How did you determine the battery is ok, strong horn and headlites?

We put a new battery in the car, also took the original and had it tested.
All the bells and whistles work on the car.

See if you have 12v to the wire on the solenoid while someone tries to crank the engine if so the starter is bad.
