'99 DOHC to '98 SOHC

My brother has a '99 sport coupe with the dohc engine and the transmission is going to hell on it. We have the chance to get a '98 sohc with a blown engine and was wonding how much hassle if any it would be putting the 99 dohc into the 98 neon. oh and the transmissions are both auto's.

No hassle at all, the 99 DOHC engine will swap right in. Swap it to a manual transmission as well and be happy.
