2issues 95 S10 blazer please help

Hello all,

My first issue is that someone stole my passenger side mirior, so the mechanic replaced it today. When I picked the car up all the inside lights were on. I tried evrything to turn them off, no luck. I finailly removed all the bulbs so my battery won't die by the time he reopens monday morning. ANy thoughts what is going on?

Also issue #2, if I let the car sit there for a few days and not move or start it, the first few minutes my heat gauge is all wacking, (moving all over the place), but after 15 miutes it works just fine. Any thoughts?
