I'm pretty sure that's actually a very poor quality image of the clinic car and a Rocket, and that F1 isn't even the color of Harrison's, which (correct me if I'm wrong) looks like this:

Yup you're right. definitely not Harrison's F1 with the Rocket, your pic is what is believed to be Harrisons....
