Amigo won't start

Parked the '98 Amigo for 4 months. Only to drive another car. Went to start driving it again, and the battery was completely dead. Bought a new battery and popped it in, and it still won't start. Headlights will come on, and the fuel pump is working, but nothing, and I mean nothing else will work. Any one know what the problem might be?

Are you saying that the engine turns but doesn't start? Or that the engine doesn't turn, but the lights work?
