Buying delimma,need advice

hi i bought demo honda pilot exl with dvd for 28000+tax and license.
it had 5000 miles.but there were some scratches which dealer had fixed.we came to know after we bought,there was some dispute and now dealersip has accepted their mistake and r telling us we can pay them 1500 dollars and get new exl.
what should we do?if we take demo car which is now good shape they will offer free oil changes and service for a year plus they will change the inside carpet.we r also saving money.but on the other hand we will get new car if we 1500 dollars.what should we do?we have to decide today.this is our first buying experience, so we need help
