Astro 2000 won't reverse

Astro 2000 works in other gears but won't reverse.. Any troubleshooting I can do ? Ideas? Help?
IT has 185000 miles....and needs work.

Do all the forward ranges operate normally? Does 2nd range (manually selected) drive the vehicle or slip?
