Re: Camaro to firebird hatch swap

Why would you want to? I'm sure it would bolt up fine.. But couldn't tell you if it would close completely, and not to mention that it would look really out of place seeing as in how the rear of the 2 cars have different body lines.

Moved to appearance, please use the sub-forums.

Re: Camaro to firebird hatch swap

i thought that the split spoiler on the camaro looks cooler than the spoiler on the firebird and a friend of mine has a wrecked camaro the same year as my bird
we are going to switch them and see how it looks someday but if anyone has tried it before i would like to know how it came out so i could save time if it dosnt work

Re: Camaro to firebird hatch swap

You will need his rear fenders if you want it to look right. Other wise it will look like crap. The lines won't match up.
