how to paint 2 colurs
right guys ive read the faq on how to paint a shell and get the general idea but i dont know how to spray the shell if its two colurs,
the shell is a repsol coswrth and the car is in genral white but the boot is metallic orange. do i spray the whole car white then mask the rest of the area to spray orange or spray it orange then mask the orange area and spray white plz help want it looking good as the rest of the model has turnt out excellent for first attempt wongy |

In theory you could do it either way round... but I do the white first then the orange. Orange is darker than white, so it will cover white OK, whilst getting a good solid white over orange would be harder. You would tend to see a different white where it was covering the orange overspray. Does this make sense?
In general start lightest, and work to darket colors.

By rule we should always paint form the lighter do the darkest color.
First the white then the orange.
