lowering?
i was wondering if anyone knows the factory spring rate on an 06 spec v and what lowering springs you guys would recc

I would recommend coilovers, instead of lowering springs. You will blow your shocks out in no time. For that, I recommend Nismo. It's what I have. Uncompromised ride quality, improved handling, and the Nismo name. Only about an inch lower, but it does make a dif.

dont lower your car much. and look for shocks with at least the travel of stock, preferrably more travel. nismo spring/shocks work great because they were tested by the people who designed the car on roads in the u.s. for a street suspension on a street car you cant get better than performance by an OEM.
