Question Vibration when braking

Have a 2000 malibu, just changed the front pads, front rotors, rear shoes and drums. Had to have the bolts holding the caliper bracket on the driver side forcibly removed to replace the rotor. Now have a vibration when braking above 25 mph and it appears to be on the side where the bolts were removed using a hammer and chisel. Had same vibration with old rotors and had them turned and still same thing, then replaced with new, still same thing. Am at a loss at this point as to how to correct the problem. Any ideas??
