Fairly simple to do. You'll need a 3/8" Allen wrench to remove the calipers (2 bolts each caliper), and a "C" clamp large enough to compress the piston into the caliper in order to fit the now pads over the rotor when re-installing. Use an old pad as a lever when compressing the piston.

The rotors should simply pull off the spindle once the caliper is removed.

I didn't use a clamp to compress the piston on my calipers, mine actually had an adjustment screw or something that compressed the piston. its been too long to remember exactly but i know i didn't have to use a clamp.

Go to your local auto parts store and buy a chiltons or haynes manual for the car. It is worth it.

I second getting the chiltons manual.
Being a newbie myself at trying to do my own car work I found it very helpful.
Plus it makes it easier to ask and understand questions you may ask here.
