|
Hi clarify on clear coat
Well steadly making progress on the Tamiya R33 and have sprayed pretty much everything I can spray and needed some clarification on painting the window rubbers/frames....do you guys clearcoat before you do them or after? My paint is TS-17 Tamiya Would appreciate any help thanks!

Personally, I clear and polish then paint the rubbers then decal. If you do the rubbers then clear, they become clear as well. Plus if you get some overage while painting them, you can polish it off the clear pretty easily.
