help with coolant bottle in 2001 celica

I can't seem to add more antifreeze to the bottle. I opened the hood and it's buried under this plastic shroud that follows the contour of the fenders and front of car. How in the world can one get to the bottle when it is buried. Do you have to completely remove the skirting in order to refill the antifreeze bottle if so how? there is no screw or bolts. Please help car won't start until it cools down.
Thanks for your time

Re: help with coolant bottle in 2001 celica

yea u have to take the plastic cover off. there are litlle plastic rivets that hold it down. u need to press down on the center of these to loosen them then pull them straight out. pretty simple should take about a minute or two after u know how to do it. Also make sure u use the right kind of coolant because it uses the pink\ orange colored stuff. Hope this helps.
