Looking at F-350, Need your help!!!

I am looking at buying a 2004 F-350 diesel dually. I looked on carfax and it siad there were 20 records. I was wondering if anyone on here has unlimited access and would be willing to show me the report. The VIN is 1FTWW33P04EB26533 Also, is there any way to tell what the axle ratio is by the VIN?

i believe they came with either a 3.73 or 4.10 final drive.
