timing belt replacement need advice.
Im doing my Timing belt but this time im going to do the Balance Shaft Elimation kit as well.... Im wondering how hard it is to do the balance shaft emlimation kit. I done timing belt jobs before and i got all paper work to do the job i just wanna make sure there aint any little things i need to do when doing this job, So if you did this already and advice would be helpful.

Re: timing belt replacement need advice.
Well man...I didnt do mine while the motor was still in my car. But I would imagine it would be a big pain in the ass. You have to remove the entire oil pump/side case assembly. That is really the hard part. After that everything is really easy. Putting the assembly back together seems like it would be very simple since there are no balance shafts to line up anymore. So I say if you are willing to take the extra time to do it expect it to take at least a full day, then do it.
