Ok I have a 83 Crown Vic with the 302 here is the problem I will go out everyday and try and start it it usually starts when it starts I leave it running for about 5 minutes it will then stall out and then I am not able to start it for a couple of days. It does the same thing when driving Ive had it towed many times. I was wondering what you guys thought. Thanks.

Sounds like it is the EEC. Electronic engine control. I had one go bad in the same year only it was a Mercury. I'd sit and let it cool for a while and it would start back up.
