amp getting power but not turning on anyone lend a hand?

so i've got a bit of a problem and i'm stumped
so i have a 400w clairion amp running one 10 my doors and tweaters in my s10. everything is hooked up as it should be, running a 40 amp fuse under the hood a 30 on the amp and grounded straight to the body, the powers flowing through to the amp, when i turn the key the fan on the amp starts up but the amp itself won't turn on.
problem started yesterday afternoon, right away the fuse under the hood blew, so i replaced the fuse, when i did this the amp came on but kept cutting out, i checked it out while it was running the power light kept flashing on and off and the music cutt in and out, now i have nothing no lights no sound just the fan on the back running. also none of the fuses are blowing. just no power.

so i'm pretty stumped hope someone out there will beable to help?

do you have a digital muti meter? because just cause you got spark does not mean you got 12volts

ya theres 12 volts goin to her.

sounds like the amp is shot, I would like to see how all the speakers are connected to the amp.
