todays the day.... court date!!

im going to court today, for drag racing, 56 in a 35, no front liscense plate, and an accident i recently got in... im pleading no contest.. hope it goes well. any suggestions????

Wow, that's a long list. I'd throw myself on the mercy of the court and ask for leniency, telling the judge that you are aware of the situation and have learned your lesson. Try signing up for a defensive driving course before court if possible, so you can show it to the judge.

just got back from court, thanks for the advise, i read it a little too late...

well they dropped the drag racing charge, and the front liscense plate, they only charged me $50.00 for the 21 mph over, the court fees were a byotch $200.00, but i do have to attend a 6 hour remedial driving school. and got my liscense suspended for 90 days but i have work and school privliges

if you don't want to get int trouble with the law, my best advice is to not break the law.

i can promise you this, speeding and street racing aren't worth a life. be it your own or someone else's. i've seen enough deaths on the road for one life time, and i'm only 18.
