drivers side window switch

I figured out last night that the switch controlling the drivers side window is shot. Were can I get a new one for a good price. Also, one of the metal tabs with the felt glued to it broke before I got the car. It guides and supports the window and is bolted on the top of the door just under the door panel, anyone know were i can get one of those as well? I would prefer new versus going to the junk yard. Thanks.

Re: drivers side window switch

thanks. I called the dealer, they quoted me $15.29 for the window switch and $27.88 for the window guide. Does that sounds about right?

Re: drivers side window switch

I got my actual switches off e-bay. They are called 'bezels'. It helps to know what they are called or you will be searching the whole damn database before you find them.

Re: drivers side window switch

a bezel is a surround for something. it could be for a light, a switch whatever.

the dealership will know what you're talking about though.

Re: drivers side window switch

Thanks for all of the replies. I look at e-bay but it was only 1 to 2 dollars cheaper. I figured it was not worth the 2 bucks to get an account and still have to ship the part. I am going to order it from the dealer and pick it up on my way home. They said it would only take a few days to get the parts in stock once ordered.

Re: drivers side window switch

If you need a fuzzy I have an extra one as of right now. Unless when I tear in to my doors I find another broken one.
