My track I believe if you are in the 12's you have to wear a helmet. I'm surprised you can race with a passenger though.

Our track your supposed to have a helmet for 13.99 or quicker but they don't really care and they don't care at all about passengers so I guess we are lucky.. THey are supposed to tell me to get off the track but its no big deal if you know what I mean.
