replacing 1990 eclipse engine
Hi, I have a 1990 eclipse with the 2.0 MFI non-turbo that has a bad engine, broken rod. And I have a 1993 eclipse GS with a bad tranny, I think somebody put the wrong tranny in it. I want to put the good engine from the 93 gs (2.0 MFI non-turbo) into the 1990. They are both 1G's from what I gather, is there anything I should be concerned with? Or anything that I'd need to know, I know the ecu's are not interchangeable

IIRC should be a direct swap... both are N/A 4g63's... or should be!
