What car's best?

I really don't know that much about cars. What car would be best if I want to spend under 10k and it still be sporty and fast? Thank you.

If we are talking about preowned vehicles. Maybe you want to take a look on Jettas, GTI, Or vehicles like Nissan 240, Hondas, and with the time you can tune up. Or vehicles like Camaros, Mustang and like that. The problem with this cars is the fuel: 3$ per Galon!
