new foglight opinions

i put foglights on my G, but then i broke them. what kind of foglights do you guys recommend. i wouldn't mind getting some OEM foglights (my car didn't come with them), but don't know where to get them. would you guys recommend OEM or aftermarket foglights like Piaa.

OEM fogs are expensive. You can go back to the dealer and get em. The good thing about OEM fogs is that thy use the stock harnesses and switches so everything looks clean. Aftermarket lights will look more original, and I think would have a better beam.

just called infiniti of scottsdale. $130.50 plus $10 for shipping. not too bad if you ask me.

A380Driver-do you like your fogs? would you recommend getting OEMs or piaas? i know OEMs are cleaner in appearance, but are they going to perform as well as piaas.

Well honestly i love how the kit comes with everything, all you have to do is cut the holes out (i used a dremel so cut and smooth)...and then the brackets, screws, etc all come in the kit. Plus the wiring is already done and the switch is stock which looks great...

The bulbs in them are 55W and the stock headlights are 45W/65W (highs) soo already they are brighter than the stock headlights.

I think they look REALLY good...smoothed edges to the bumper..and set apart wide where they should be. Plus I have mine rewired so that they come on with the parking lights, which allows you to also have them on when the high-beams are on.

Really cheap. I'd go wiht OEM because there is less of a hassle installing them. With aftermarket you never know if they'll fit or not.

Quick question about the factory fog lights. I have a base model G20, how difficult would it be to install the fog lights? I want to get them, but don't want too big of a hassal.

You say there is a switch already built in, where is it located?

Thanks,
~Jonathan
