Help! Wire Problem I Think!!

Hey guys! If anyone can help me that would be VERY nice. Well i'll try my best to explain it. OK first my starter went out on me so i changed it and now my car wont start. I tested the starter and it PASS. I also recharged my batt. in case although it was low. But the thing is that my BATT has been moved to the trunk so i have to run a long batt. wire to the back trunk. But everything seems to be hooked up good. When i try to start it and turn the key to the last click. My HARZARDs(but very dim) come on and then i have like no power to anything. LIKE if i turn on my headlights then the hazards appear and headlights dont work. MOTOR donnt even CRANK. ANYBODY WHO KNOWS THIS PROBLEM. HELP ME THANKS!!!!! PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Re: Help! Wire Problem I Think!!

Start by checking your grounds, sand them a little and but some vaseline on em and retighten. Your dash wiring sounds like its mixed up with your hazards coming on and all, maybe the wires got melted together?

Re: Help! Wire Problem I Think!!

i think u got a ground issue..the best place to ground ur battery IMO would be to the rear strut bolt with a big O ring connector..make sure u sand down to the frame past the paint around that area..also sand down the bolt for the strut so u get a good frame/suspension ground.
