R & R Ignition Switch

Have a 1990 Astro, and the key will not turn.. I'm assuming the ignition is shot... Could some one please share the correct way to R & I the switch.. Thanks

Problem corrected.. Owner had to replace column.. LKQ... Worn out.. I don't think it was worth all the trouble................
