C3 Pluriel Chameleon car!!!!!

Citroen is back to its quirky best with this strange 5-in-1 creation, the C3 Pluriel!!!
This car can be converted from "4-seat saloon" to "panoramic saloon" to "leisure cabriolet" to "four-seater spider" and finally to "spider pick-up".

Performance is not exhilirating, but thats not the point. The car will sell at £12-14k (aprox $20k) and offers a lot of versatility and enjoyable innovation for the price.

Remove rear screen for Cabrio:

Remove rear pillars for Spider:

Fold rear seats down for pick-up:

I think this is a great idea from Citroen, what do y'all think?

cheers,
jay

The 'Jimmy_11_cars' Peugeot lover doesn't seem to like it so much I guess. But that's probably cause Citroen came up with this awesome car and not Peugeot.

I like it!

Thumbs up Good idee

I saw this morning a silver C3 Pluriel in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, it's interesting and the design is new.
Plus the basis price wouldn't overpass 16 000 € (£ 11 000 ; US$ 17 000).

The C3 Pluriel is available in France now too.
About the same prices than Huudo wrote, just 3% less expensive.

It's an awesome car! Testdrove one two days ago, it's quite resembling to my C3 normal, but has got all sorts of extra's!
It's fantastic what they did to it, making it an all-weather and purpose car.

The examples for the garages are all gone, there is a really long waiting list for it now, so sales seem to be doing well, to say the least!

Only thing I personally don't like are the headlights... but that's a matter of taste!

I've been a long fan of the Citroen C3 Pluriel for along time. With its innovative roof options(if a little impractical and ill-suited for Scotish weather conditions ).

I recently posted, on a C4 thread that it looked like an old Mazda 323. Heres a C3 Pluriel parked next to an old Mazda 121. They look very similar...now we know where inspiration came from.
