Power Moonroof

I have a 94 Buick Regal GS....the sunroof just stop working and sometimes it starts again. Where is the fuse cluster for this at, it said it was under the instrument panel..but no cigar...please help!!!

You should not suspect a fuse if it works occasionally! Usually, this symptom would indicate a switch or relay.

all of sudden it stop all together...where is the fuse cluster located...
