3.9 engine, the firing order is 165432, clockwise rotation. The cylinder banks are numbered odd and even. Driver side from front to back, 135, passenger side from front to back, 246.

Also, looking from the back of the engine the #1 is about at the 2 o'clock position on the distributor.
