Carlisle: Performance and Style (56k beware!)
Just got back from Carlisle. Got some pics, just thought I'd share them... had a great time!
  Thought this custom Grand AM looked pretty nice in the front...  Ferrari engine  Ford Focus  This was the only 3000GT I could find that was in the show, so of course I needed a picture with the owner. He drove a 1st gen VR-4. Custom angel eye headlights... I thought they looked pretty sweet.  Sick sound system  I believe this is one of the Solstice's in that show on the speed channel  Nice Tiburon... but who really cares? After the show on the way home 2 3000GT's pulled up next to me, it was a pretty sweet feeling, considering I rarely see any where I live. Hope you enjoy the pics, I wasn't sure if I should post this here or in the off-topic thread, but I just wanted to share my good time.

is that a civic bmw on top? i'm torn between how well the work is done and the blatant bad taste, lol.
those headlights on the 3000gt look spretty slick. kindof like the "sleek headlights" that you used to find on ebay. would he be interested in selling them as a kit or something?

you must have missed one of the 3000gt's there. cuz i was definitly there. which way did you go when you left north? cuz i definitly passed a green 3s.
and my buddie built that green focus. but when he drove it, it was red.

The reason there was so few 3s's there is because everyone was at ECG. There was some AWESOME cars there.

DSM, I went towards 81 North I believe. I was stopped at a light in the left lane and a green 3S SL pulled up on the right of me, then a white VR-4 followed behind the green one. Maybe the green one was you.... I was with my buddy in the Black Cobalt SS right behind me. It was about 6 oclock I believe.
I don't know if he was selling those in a kit, I asked him and he said he actually purchased the kir, but I failed to ask him where since I drive a second gen.

oh okay yeah i went south to harrisburg. i only live like 15 minutes from carlise. yeah it wasnt me then. my vr4 blue.
