5.7 or 5.0 L?
How can I tell what engine I have? On the fan shroud of my 1988 it says 5.0L, but I know the engine was replaced before. I was told it was a 5.7L when I purchased it, but I am not sure of that.

Check the casting codes on the left rear ledge of the block. They will reveal a little information.
