Re: Headers

Listen. Try this. First, i DON'T KNOW IF YOUR CAR HAS DUAL EXHAUST. REGARDLESS, I BELIEVE WHERE THE EXHAUST MEETS, A COLLECTOR H PIPE OR WHATEVER IT IS, JUST GO OUT THE SIDE FROM THERE. THIS IS CONFIGURATION ON MY CAR:

1999 FORD P71 POLICE INTERCEPTOR CRUISER (WHITE)
MODS TAKE TIME TO LIST, BUT EXHAUST:
DUAL EXHAUST>>AFTER CONNECTING TOGETHER AFTER THE CATS, I'VE GOT STRAIGHT PIPE GOING STRAIGHT OUT TO THE SIDES, WHERE THE DOOR POSTS ARE, BETWEEN FRONT AND REAR DOORS. LOUD? HELL YEAH. SOUNDS GRUNTY, AND EVERY TIME IT SHIFTS, IT POPS, OR RATHER, BACKFIRES! SOUNDS LIKE A ROD. YOU MIGHT NOT LIKE THE SOUND, BUT I'M INTO RODS, RAT AND HOT, AND TO ME, IT SOUNDS NICE.

Drag racing...it's ok. Not for street use.

This modification is illegal, and dangerous for daily driving. Read-Carbon monoxide poisioning. What good is it if your car sounds great, but you pass out in rushour traffic from carbon monoxide. The exaust must exit rear of the passanger compartment and windows. That means the rear bumper, or just behind the rear wheel.
