Stereo Question
Hello,
I have a '98 Intrigue with the Bose sound system. I am interested in getting an iPod integration system since my tape player is broken. Does anyone know if this sound system has an AUX jack in the back that I could plug an a/v cord into? Thanks. |

Re: Stereo Question
I bought an aux input thing that uses the CD-changer input. It works, but for some reason there's a lot of background noise when using it. I've read about others having the same problem.

Re: Stereo Question
Thanks. Where is that input if that's the route I go with?

Re: Stereo Question
If you have the harness for the CD changer installed, then it would be in the trunk. Some Intrigues have this, some don't. Mine didn't, so I had to purchase a cable to split the harness behind the dash and put the CD changer cable there (that lost my Onstar somehow). This cable, if I remember properly, gives you a 9 pin connector??, which is different than the one for the trunk. However, when you order an aux input box, get one compatible for a Buick Regal, as that is what that connector would normally be on.
