Lemon law in Canada?

Hey all. Im just curious if there is a lemon law in Canada.. Yes.. this malibu has problems.. Im not saying all malibus are bad. In fact most are really good cars.. Just seems like I got one from the reject pile..

I bought the 'bu in August of of 2006 and here are the problems since.

08/01/2006 - 31829KM
Rear defroster grids damaged and need to be replaced. Repaired 6 lines.

08/03/2006 - 31924km
Can hear wump noise from rear, from 50-80kph, shifted belt on right rear tire

08/03/2006 - 31924km
Can hear clicking noise from brakes. Replace front and rear rotors.
(This car was just saftied!)

09/19/2006 - 35082km
Popping noise in steering - Rack and pinion faulty and was replaced, alignment done.

12/01/2006 - 39226km
Clunk in steering - Replaced intermediate steering shaft

12/01/2006 - 39226km
Oil change (Not complaining)

01/11/2006 - 41480km
Drivers side windshield washer sprays weak. New nozzle installed

02/26/2006 - 47593 km
Cd player does not work. Will not take or release a disc. Replaced radio.

03/01/2007 - 47759 km
Vibration upon acceleration, performed powertaint mount adjustment.

03/01/2007 - 47759 km
Pwr adjustable pedals not working - repaired poor wire connections at brake actuator motor.

03/01/2007 - 47759 km
power outlets at dash loose - replaced both

03/01/2007 - 47759 km
Engine lacks power. Sometimes will not start.. Nothing noticed at this time.

04/09/2007 - 51459 km
Malibu emblem fell off interior. Replaced

04/09/2007 - 51459 km
No-start condition - Replaced under hood bussed electrical center (apparently its the fuse box under the hood)

04/13/2007 - 51563 Km
SES light on - terminal backed out of MAF sensor

05/04/2007 - 53335 km
Passengers rear tail light bulb inoperative - poor tension in teminal

05/04/2007 - 53335 km
Kick panel near right foot came loose and jammed gas pedal - replaced retaining clips.

Anyone know how to fight this.. I know some cars have problems but this much?!

I am sorry to hear that, this is a real LEMON, I also bought the 'bu in August of of 2006, so far no problem yet. Canada doesn't LEMON law but they have something called BBB (Business Bereau ????), I am not sure, you can double check. Did you buy brand new or used ?

I bought it used.. I confirmed it was a local trade with the previous owner. There is the BBB in the area, but I dont think its the vehicle itself. I belive its the car.

I suspect this is a rental car, you know, people don't care when they drive a loaner
