lower control arm balljoint
i have a 97 eclipse rs, and i had the control arm/ balljoint fixed about month ago not nowing of the recall, anything i can do about this... is the a refund or anything???

Yes. Call the dealership and ask for the info. I had the same thing. Replaced both of mine at the shop, and then did the recall a little later. You still have to take it in to the dealer to "reseal" them, but then theyll give you all the numbers to call. Basically as easy as sending a letter or faxing over the info that you got it done. I got about $350 back from Chysler when I did mine.
