Headlights

ok so i have a 2003 prerunner.... one of my headlights are out so i want to replace them. i want the BLUE like european lights but they have to be bright like HID not too soft. which brand and type of bulbs should i get???

Those blue lights are not road legal. Just get a decent set of replacements.

Actually there are a few DOT legal blue-HID wannabe lights out there...Sylvania Silverstars are one...there's another line, "UltraBlue" or similar, at Advance and WalMart. The problem with them is that the blue capsule cuts down light output, so they run hotter to make up for it...and their life is noticeably shorter.

You can run the simulated HID bulbs, but expect to be replacing em' sooner.
For better vision down the road, stick with the straight untinted halogen stuff, like Osram Silver Star.
