Aftermarket Floodlights/Brighter Bulbs/Quad Lights

When I am driving home from work at midnight, I like to drive with my brights on to illuminate the road completely. If I knew for sure that I couldn't screw up anything, I would venture into the wiring of the headlights so that I have the quad headlights. Instead, I am thinking of some aftermarket floods or brighter bulbs.

Does anyone have any suggestions on some good, reasonably priced, aftermarket flood lights that I could install on my '03 or some bright white headlight bulbs?

Or has anyone done the 4 headlight wiring that has done so without any issues?
