should I just Replace the 02 sensor?

The sensor "heater" would indicate that the circuit to the Oxygen sensor HEATER indicates failure. O2 sensors have a heating circuit inside which heats up the element to save gas on startup. After a minute or two, the exhaust will heat it up anyway. In the old days, there was no heater. Probably you did not notice any loss in MPG. Did you try to reset the codes and see if it occurs again? Could be a computer glich. Unless there is a noticable loss of MPG, I wouldn't replace it... but that's just me.

I have no loss of power,no drivability isuses,just an engine light and a wife that takes a huge issue with the light.
I am not above changing A o2 sensor i just dont know which of the 2
to change.

P0135 would be the "upstream" sensor. The sensor closest to the engine. It sits on top of the exhaust mainifold on the back side of a 3.3 or 3.8 ltr engine. You get at it from below.

Jsinton is right. The heater circuit is flagging a code. You don't have to change it right away but, if you have to get a smog test, you won't have any choice. If you're a consiencious sole, not changing it just means you're spuing a tad bit more pollutants.

Replacing the "upstream" 02 sensor took care of the check engine light.
However let it be known that the sensor could not be reached by me from the top(but you can see it well from the top)
So.. I tried from underneath the car (as told by RIP is his post)
but again, my short little arms could not reach while laying on my back.
So I took the car to a friends lift so I could reach it.

I have 01 town and country with P 0135 code, bought a new bosch sensor for the upstream (this is sold for the upstream on the town and country) but it has the same wire and fixings as the downstream one. The wires on the existing sensor are 2 black 1 blue 1 white, with a square fixing, the new sensor is two white 1 black 1 gray with a round fixing, if I cut and join the wires can anyone tell me what colors I should join together, or should I just try another sensor with a square plug? Any advice would be much appreciated. Also if anyone is interested we removed the wipers and took the black plastic cover off then loosened the wiper housing, moved this out of the way and it gives you easier access to the rear plugs and the o2 sensor.

I am sorry that I can not recall the wiring configuration.
However I am of the opinion that if you can find an exact replacement part,
do it.
F'ing around with aftermarket parts can suck!
Especially with electronics and electrical connections that are close to extreme heat and/or outside elements such as water and road salt and such.
It is,in my experience, cost and time effective to replace the part once.
and not to crawl back under the car to fix a butt connector.
It's just my opinion.The Mopar Dealer has the right part.

Thanks for the advice, I will get the mopar part. The guy at Kragen insisted the bosch sensor was the right one, but with different color wires I am not going to risk it, my only problem now is I am having trouble getting the electrical connector plug out, I presume its easy when you know how. I will give it a go tomorrow!
