Sold the WS6

Yes, it is now gone Some lucky guy just bought it off of me for $14,600. I think he'll be very happy with it, as I think it was in meticulous condition. Now it's time for a more frugal car.

I'm leaning towards a Honda Prelude or a Celica GT-S.

Re: Sold the WS6

noooo, why?

How much mileage was on it? 14k for a ws6 is pretty low around here.

I'd say go for an rsx-s if you are thinking of something similar to a prelude or celica gt-s.

Looks like I just purchased a 2001 MR2 Spyder with 38K miles on it for $12,250. Obviously it will be modded soon. I'm most likely gonna put an exhaust and intake on it, and maybe some cam gears on it later on.

Re: Sold the WS6

I got rid of the WS6 cause it was costing me close to $300/mos. for gas. It was also costing me $435/mos. in car payments. I will most likely be paying $300/mos. or less for this car. It also gets far better mileage. I will, of course, modify it. Looking at getting an Injen CAI and a Magnaflow Catback exhaust system.

bobby, people boost these little 1zz fe's. they don't need alot of power to go fast. so a 200-250whp boosted MRS will be a rocket.

I actually like naturally aspirated power better. It just seems more fluid. If anything I might change up the engine to be similar to the 2JZ engine. Time will tell though. Pics will be coming soon. I'm picking up the car today

Thank goodness it corners well. WOOT!!!!!

Clarify that for me please?

Not sure how you make the little 1.8 4 banger, to be similar to the 3.0 inline sixer?

Re: Sold the WS6

Oops, yet another brain fart. I meant the 2ZZ from the Celica GT-S. I doubt the 2JZGTE will fit in the car.

I was day dreaming when I wrote it, or atleast that's my excuse.
