Yes i already searched. Is this as easy as I think it is or is there a way I could screw this up. My mechanic said not to bother finding TDC, to just put the new one back exactly the same way as the old one. HE mentioned somwthing about a slot in the distributor or something but he hasn't done one in a while. Any tips or pointers?

it is simple there are two screws on the cap..take them off then inside there is the rotor "its somtimes called a button" you will just pull it off and the new one will slide on..you cant screw it up unless you turn the whole destributer..its hard to do that so dont be worried about it..if your replaceing the cap then dont take your plugs off untill you put the new one on...then switch your plugs over one at a time...so it is as easy as you think..lol..well good luck
