Squeaky Driver Wheel

Recently my Clio has started to make a high pitched squeak after driving mostly after driving on the motorway. But it only does it when I'm crawling in traffic. Once I get moving again it goes away. It tends to only do it in 1st and 2nd gear.
It doesn't feel dangerous but I really don't like my car making noises. Does anyone know what is causing this and if it should be looked at?

My previous clio had a major grinding noise which is nothing like this and I felt unsafe driving it. I certainly don't think its this starting again.

I have the same problem!!! is it when you pull away and change from 1st to 2nd??

ive been told by a few people that its nothing to worry about...

but its highly annoying!

can someone help??
