Audi A4 Quattro 30v

im lookin at a quattro thats an a4 its a 98 with a 5speed and 140k miles one it for $4000 is this a reasonable price for it and what should i ask for to make sure its in good condition and worth the price

detailed service history. make sure the t-belt and water pump have been replaced.
