Need help workin the bugs

Bought another z31,has 81,000 miles, and a few bugs.hopefully someone can shed some light on what i hope are some minor problems.
1st-when i give it a little gas there is a grinding noise from the distibutor.when i put my hand on it i can feel it through the top.
2nd-car runs great when i first start it but at running temp it loses power and misses on take off.(hopefully related)
3rd-ass end of car squats down hard when i give it gas.Would this be the shocks or springs?
Hope this wasn't to much at once

Re: Need help workin the bugs

1. maybe try and replace the distributer (maybe the gear or shaft is wore out)
2. Could also be related to the distributer (timing out of sync) If the dist. doesn't fix cyl. head temp.
3. bad shocks. get a shock and spring combo and get better handling and eliminate the problem of the squats.(or just replace the rear shocks and call it good)

Hopefully I was of help. good luck. check these out and let us know what happens.
