see if you can figure this one out???

Hello, i have a 1971 nova with a 350 engine and a 350 turbo trans. I also have 1.50 gears in the rear end. when i am crusing at 65mph the tach is reading 4grand and it is not a falty tach, i can hear that the motor is wound up.

Get us the right diff. ratio, not 1.50, plus to figure this we will need the tire height/circumference.

Definitely not 1.5. If the transmission is in 3rd and it's taching out at 4 grand, I'd say it's closer to 4.88/5.12. Like Maxwedge said, we will also need tire diameter.
