Need Help b16 obdo
Can anyone help me i have a b16 in my 91 ef and it just cut off on me one day and it wont start i had people check the timing and they said it was on bought another ecu and still nothing the car has 150 psi in one cylinder and 200 psi of compression in the others so i know thats fine when i try to start the car it just repeatedly backfires and doesnt make an attemp to start. I pulled the fuel line that runs from the injectors to see if it'd spray fuel and it did i dunno wat the problem is please give any advise its greatly appreciated!!!!!!!

Check for spark. An intermittent failure like that sounds like either your coil of ignitor went bad. Since you said your timing is good and your getting fuel, spark would be your next check.

check your wires sounds like you mixed them up. that's unusual pressure too. you might have a bad ring.

150 and 200. thats a big comp difference. there should not be more than a 20psi difference between each cylinders. do a leak down test to pinpoint the problem. 150 psi and 200 psi. you need to rebuild or get a new motor.
