Talking 96 Geo Tracker Tranny Problems

is their an ez way to change a tranny on my geo ... my tranny was winding real loud when i would wind up my gears n they told me it was an input bearings so ive been thru n thru with some bs trannys and its only like me and my friend tryin to put it in but its hard as shit.. but then we got one in and it started all fine and when you push in the clutch it grinds hard and cant shift at ALL ... so we figured the throwout bearing fell off the shaft when puttin the tranny in.... CAN ne one give me any ideas that wut it could make it not shift and make that noise with a yr old clutch!!! thanks SOO MUCH

Here is some advice for you. It helps to type things out in the "Target Audience's" native language if you expect to get a quick and helpful reply.
